So far so good..
After a rough experience with another furniture store that lacked in customer service, This place a breath of fresh air. I live states away but was able to make a delivery order on this product over the phone with ease. The lady (I wish I remember her name) was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. After delivery fee it was still cheaper than all other sites I found this bed on. I did ask why it was so cheap and she answered with some discount they get with where they order from, but the ved is new and comes straight for manufacturers .. so that's another plus. I will update when I receive the bed.
